The trust of all visitors, customers, and users, the security of your data and the protection of your privacy are of central importance to us. Your personal data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. The definitions of the terms used (e.g. "personal data" or "processing") can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
When you view and use our site without registering or otherwise explicitly providing us with information, we process the data that is transmitted to us with each request from your browser (see "Log data" below). If you expressly transmit personal data to us (e.g. via our contact form), this is only done for the purpose of the enquiry or the respective order. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can never be completely protected against access by third parties.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR serves as the legal basis to obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of their data. As for the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract of which the data subject is party, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual activities. When it is necessary to process personal data in order to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) (d) GDPR serves as the legal basis. If the processing of data is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or that of a third party, and the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the interest of the former, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR will serve as the legal basis for the processing of data.

Data removal and storage period
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or restricted as soon as the purpose of its storage has been accomplished. The data is also used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. An analysis of the data for marketing purposes does not take place.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the internet browser or the internet browser on the user’s computer system. Hosting
For the hosting of our website we use the company Wix.com Ltd, whose servers are located in Europe and the USA. According to WIX, data transfer to the USA and other third countries is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or comparable guarantees according to Art. 46 GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented as reliably as possible. We utilize the option of featuring our company on LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company for communication and information exchange with (potential) customers. This process notifies LinkedIn about the specific page on our website that is currently being visited. Hotjar
We use the Hotjar web analytics service provided by Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta to better understand the needs of our visitors and to optimize the offering and experience on this website. Using Hotjar's technology, we get a better understanding of our users' experience (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and dislike, etc.). This helps us to tailor our offering to our users' feedback. Among other things, Hotjar uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our online presence. Calendly
We use the planning and organisation tool Calendly for scheduling appointments through our website. Calendly is a service provided by Calendly LLC, located at 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, Georgia, 30363-6201, USA, and involves the processing of data in the USA. To address data processing with recipients in third countries (specifically outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, particularly in the USA) or data transfers to such locations, Calendly relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission Art. 46 (2) and (3) GDPR. These clauses mandate Calendly to adhere to the EU's data protection standards when processing relevant data outside the EU, and they are based on an implementing decision of the EU Commission, which can be found at https://germany.representation.ec.europa.eu/index_de. We use Calendly to enable interested parties to book appointments automatically. Calendly uses cookies for this purpose. Calendly processes your name, email addresses of invitees, company name and website, as well as the subject of the meeting, and any other information provided by you upon scheduling. Enquiries via e-mail
If you contact us via email or telephone, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (such as your name and the details of your inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of addressing and fulfilling your request. We do not disclose this data without your explicit consent. The processing of this data is conducted in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the inquiries directed to us, as per Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or on your consent, as per Art. 6 (1) GDPR if explicitly requested; you can revoke this consent at any time. The data you transmit to us through contact requests will be retained by us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions, particularly legal retention periods, remain unaffected.

Encryption by SSL
For security purposes, we employ SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) on our website. This safeguard ensures the protection of transmitted data, preventing unauthorized access by third parties. Successful encryption can be identified by observing that the protocol name in the browser's status bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and that a closed lock symbol becomes visible.
Objection to unauthorized advertising by email
As part of the imprint obligation in accordance with § 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we have published general contact information, including an email address, on our website. We explicitly object to the use of this contact information for the unsolicited sending of information material, advertising, or spam emails that we have not explicitly requested.
